It hits all the notes you&#8217;d expect in a GF desserts recipe book, such as pie crust, cookies, cakes, and the likes. This blend makes the best cookies&#8230; amongst other things!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also&#8230; go buy Carol&#8217;s book. So many good recipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.5 cups \/ 640g white rice flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.5 cups \/ 180g sweet, also called glutinous, rice flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cups \/ 304g potato starch (note: starch, not flour)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup \/ 113g tapioca starch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 teaspoons Xanthan gum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add to large container, shake well, leave to settle, use to make cookies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is a very good book called Simply Gluten Free Desserts by Carol Kicinski.
