You need to use different blends depending on what you&#8217;re doing. This flour blend works great for cakes and for puddings, too. While I previously wrote up a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.addictedtocanning.com\/blog\/2018\/11\/03\/gluten-free-pudding-flour\/\">pudding flour blend<\/a>, this one is simpler and pretty reliable for baked or steamed puddings.
