Give it a go.<\/p>\n<li>1 tablespoon dry mustard powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons cornflour (corn starch)<\/li>\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>a little white vinegar<\/li>\n<li>16oz milk<\/li>\n<p>Add the first 5 ingredients together and mix into a paste. Add the milk and apply low heat, stirring frequently. Watch out for the milk curdling &#8211; this is a sign it is nearly ready.
